Sokol Lleshi is an Assistant Professor of Politics at the University of New York Tirana, Albania. His research interest focuses on the role of memory politics in post-authoritarian regimes, teaching and learning practices in political science in politicized settings, cultural and political elites, and EU norm diffusion in the semi-periphery. Honorable mention of the Zumkehr Prize in Public Memory Scholarship from Ohio University in 2020. Best Teaching Award of the Year in 2024, University of New York Tirana. ./p>

Prof. Dr. Wai-ming Ng

Wai-ming Ng is professor of Japanese Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He received his Ph.D. from Princeton. He is an expert of early modern Japanese intellectual and cultural history and is the author of The I Ching in Tokugawa Thought and Culture (University of Hawai’i Press) and Imagining China in Tokugawa Japan (SUNY 2019). He is currently working on a book project on Animals and Mythical Creatures in Tokugawa Religion.
